Inchmurrin Lodge is ideal for a relaxing family break. With 3 bedrooms, plus a sofa bed in the upstairs lounge, this beautiful lodge sleeps up to 6 adults plus 1 child.

On the ground floor, there is an open plan lounge to dining kitchen, double bedroom with king-size bed, twin bedroom, and spacious shower room.

Upstairs there is an additional lounge with a sofa bed, a balcony, a shower room, and a double bedroom with a king-size bed.

The back door leads to a furnished, decked patio area with a charcoal BBQ and private covered hot tub with fairy lights. From the rear deck, you can enjoy the views across the lawned gardens leading up to the play area and woodland beyond.

Check-in is normally 4pm and check-out is 10am.

Please get in touch if you would prefer a change to these times as we try to be as flexible as possible to accommodate your requirements.

There is space for at least two standard sized cars at each lodge and four at Oakwoods House.

If you and your guests are planning on bringing more than this number of vehicles or anything larger than a standard sized car or 4×4 to your lodge please advise us in advance. The grounds are spacious and this simply ensures we arrange things to ensure you have the space expected on arrival.

Absolutely. We welcome pets in three of our lodges and one of our pods. The lodges are Ben Lomond, Montrose and Inchmurrin which are all three-bedroom lodges and the Wee Oak Tree Pod.

We have an electric gate at the entrance and expansive grounds for you and your pets to explore. Our grounds border surrounding fields and countryside where some peaceful walking routes are easily accessible.

There is a limit of two dogs per lodge and one small dog in the pod and all we ask is that you respect the peace and privacy of other guests.

We provide a small pet welcome pack comprising of a bowl and towel.

Certainly however please ensure this is arranged to arrive after you have checked into your lodge as we are unable to accept deliveries prior to check-in. If you can let us know your have a delivery coming we will do our best to look out for it and direct the driver to your lodge.

All of our lodges and pods have charcoal BBQs next to outdoor furniture. Our Wee Secret Apartment has an electric BBQ. Utensils are provided, however, we do not supply charcoal, firelighters or matches.

There is a train station in Balloch with frequent rail services to Glasgow and further afield. We are located 6.5 miles (10.5 km) from Balloch and easy to reach via taxi or bus service. Please see our “Location” page for further information on transport to and from Lomond Luxury Lodges.

The 309 bus service by McColls runs from Balloch to Balmaha, passing the front of Lomond Luxury Lodges. The bus operates a ‘hail and ride’ service meaning it will pick-up and drop off at the gates of the lodges providing you hold out your hand. It is a quick and efficient way to reach Balloch, Balmaha or Drymen.

The hot-tubs are on a timer and will turn off at 11pm. The spa bath in Wee Secret Apartment will turn off at 10pm.

The hot-tubs will remain hot for many hours and the spa bath will still function as a bath out-with these times and if you do use them please be respectful of other guests.

Please leave your property in a similar condition of cleanliness as it was in when you arrived. Please ensure all doors are locked and all rubbish and food items removed. Please place any dirty dishes into the dishwasher and leave this on a wash cycle when you leave.

Please turn off all lights, lock all doors and windows and deposit the main key in the key-drop box attached to the front of the small reception pod next to the main gate.
